• Creation and maintenance of online design boards to showcase color, theme, and decor ideas

• Identification of possible venues and vendors including caterers, florists, musicians, calligraphers, entertainment, photographers, beauty services, officiants, tents, rentals, and more

• Venue and vendor meetings scheduled and attended by your planner

• Negotiation and review of venue and vendor contracts 

• Design and mailing of personalized Save-the-Date Announcements and Invitations

• Management and tracking of RSVPs including following up with guests who do not respond

• Creation and management of interactive Wedding Website

• Identification of registry options and assistance with process of registering for gifts

• Arrangement of hotel room blocks and transportation for wedding party, family, and guests as needed

• Coordination of due dates for vendor commitments and payments

• Building a detailed timeline of events and contact lists for the wedding day and all associated events

• Assistance creating a viable rain plan that you love

• Design and execution of custom decorations and personal touches including programs, signage, place cards, menu cards, favor tags, thank you notes, etc.

• Identify and create favors and/or welcome bags/baskets 

• Produce all necessary venue diagrams and seating plans

• Coordinate kids' friendly area(s), menu(s) entertainment, and babysitter(s) for your event as needed

• Assist with planning and coordination of other wedding events including engagement parties, bridal showers, bachelor/bachelorette parties, rehearsal dinner, after parties, morning-after brunch, etc.

The Month of Your Wedding

As your wedding date approaches, we will:

• Conduct final planning/detailing meeting(s)

• Attend final walk-throughs at the ceremony and reception sites

• Confirm and coordinate all vendors, services, equipment, etc.

• Distribute and ensure reading of wedding day itineraries for vendors and wedding party

The Week of Your Wedding

The week of your wedding doesn't have to be stressful!  Leave it to us to:

• Assemble your favors

• Assemble and deliver guest welcome bags to hotels

• Assist with travel arrangements and transportation

• Coordinate your rehearsal

• Coordinate rehearsal dinner

• Pick up last-minute necessities

• Coordinate spa treatments, manicures, pedicures, etc.

• Check in with you to make sure you are relaxed and ready for the big day

 

 Your Wedding Day

We make sure you don't have to do anything on your wedding day except enjoy the party.  Your coordinators will be at your wedding, handling anything that may come up!  We will:

• Serve as the point-of-contact for all vendor questions and concerns

• Support the bridal party as needed during make-up and dressing time

• Provide a wedding day emergency kit

• Confirm timely delivery and setup of all vendors, decorations, and equipment

• Pass messages and love notes

• Distribute wedding party flowers

• Coordinate ceremony, including lining up the wedding party and directing the processional

• Transport ceremony decorations to reception space

• Coordinate vendors and events throughout the ceremony and reception to ensure that everything stays on schedule

• Cue the start of all reception activities including introductions, first dance, dinner, toasts, bouquet and garter toss, cake cutting, and departure

• Make sure everyone and everything is where they need to be

• Troubleshoot any concerns that arise throughout the day

• Stop Uncle Larry from making an impromptu speech or requesting the Chicken Dance

• Manage final payments and gratuities for vendors

• Gather up gifts and personal items at the end of the reception

• Make sure your big day is as perfect as can be
